Hi, I’m Jens.

I bring together more than 20 years of experience in banking, IT and organisational change. My career began at a local Volksbank and later took me into IT leadership at a bank specialising in fintech partnerships. Since founding sysProfiler in 2022, I have focused on helping banks, fintechs and payment institutions turn complex requirements into practical technical solutions.

 

For me, good consulting starts with the right questions. I listen, challenge assumptions and make the connections between business objectives, technology and day-to-day operations clear. My approach is hands-on and vendor-neutral, with an emphasis on open communication, sound decisions and solutions that work in practice.
